Please create a support ticket with the TSO host to transfer the UK domain. Please follow these simple steps to transfer UK domains from TSO Host.

1. Open a support ticket at https://my.tsohost.com
2. Request TSO support to change your domain Nominet TAG/IPS-Tag to EXTEND
3. Explain why you’re leaving and choose Proceed
4. Wait for TSO technical support to answer your ticket
5. Finally, log in to your WordPress Hosting account, and select Transfer a Domain
6. Enter the domain name and select [Add to Cart]
7. Follow on-screen instructions and complete checkout. Transfers are free. The transfer will complete almost instantly

1. Log in to your TSO account at https://my.tsohost.com
2. Go to My Domains and select Manage beside the domain you want to unlock. 
3. Select Unlock Domain under Domain Management
4. Follow the on-screen instruction to unlock your domain 
5. Enter the e-mail address of where you’d like your Authorisation Code sent
6. Finally, log in to your WordPress Hosting and select Transfer a Domain
7. Enter the domain name and select [Add to Cart]
8. Follow the on-screen instruction and complete the checkout
9. There’s a GBP 13.00 transfer fee to move the domain but don’t worry. For most TLDs, you’ll get an extra year’s renewal added to the renewal free of charge
10. An e-mail will be sent within 30 minutes but can take up to 6-8 hours – to the Admin Contact, which you choose during domain registration with TSO Host
11. Follow the link in this e-mail and Approve the transfer by entering the Authorisation Code obtained earlier
12. Once authorised, the transfer will complete automatically within seven days

Transfer .uk.com, .gb.com, .eu.com, .uk.net, .gb.net and .eu.net domains from TSO Host

1. Log in to your TSO account at https://my.tsohost.com
2. Go to My Domains and select Manage beside the domain you want to unlock. 
3. Select Unlock Domain under Domain Management
4. Follow the on-screen instruction to unlock your domain 
5. Enter the e-mail address of where you’d like your Authorisation Code sent
6. Finally, log in to your WordPress Hosting and select Transfer a Domain
7. Enter the domain name
8. Enter Authorisation Code
9. Select [Add to Cart]
10. Follow the on-screen instructions and complete the checkout
11. You will be charged for a year’s domain registration (or as long as you wish)
12. The transfer will complete automatically within seven days
