How do I set up email on my iPhone?

To set up your Web Hosting mailbox on an Apple iPhone or iPad, you need to:

  1. Head to the [Settings] icon and locate the [Accounts & Passwords] option
  2. Then select [Add Account]
  3. Select [Other] from this list
  4. Input the information requested:
    1. Name: Anything
    2. Email: example@yourdomain.com
    3. Password: Mailbox Password
    4. Description: Work or Business

Incoming Mail Server: IMAP Configuration

  1. Host Name: imap.yourdomain.com
  2. Username: example@yourdomain.com
  3. Password: Enter your email password

Outgoing Mail Server Configuration

  1. Host Name: smtp.yourdomain.com
  2. Username: example@yourdomain.com
  3. Password: enter your email password

Finally, select the mail account and go into the [Outgoing Mail Server] settings.

  1. Select [Primary Server]
  2. Ensure SSL is switched on
  3. The Port is set to 587
