How do I import emails to my WordPress Hosting?

Import Emails

  1. Reach your Web Hosting Control Panel
  2. Choose your website from the list
  3. Click [Log in to Control Panel]
  4. Select the [Email Migrations tool] that is within the emails section
  5. Enter [Hostname] – This is your previous host mail server. Please ask your previous hosting provider if you are unsure
  6. Enter [Username] – Please enter your full email address
  7. Enter [Password] – This will be the password of the mailbox at your previous host. Please note: you’ll need to set up the mailboxes within WordPress Hosting first using the same password currently used by the mailbox
  8. select [Sync]

If Sync fails to start, this is likely due to incorrect credentials. Before requesting support, please confirm that the password and Hostname you have used are correct. Thank you!
