How do I install a third-party SSL certificate on my WordPress website?

You can install existing external or third-party SSL certificates.

Your certificate provider will need to provide the following sections for us to be able to install the SSL certificate:

  1. Certificate
  2. Private Key
  3. CA Bundle / Intermediate Certificate

Activate third-party SSL

  1. Reach your Web Hosting Control Panel
  2. Choose your website from the list
  3. Click [Log in to Control Panel]
  4. Under [Security]
  5. Click on the [SSL/TLS] icon
  6. Under the [Installation] section, enter the details below:
    1. Select [Domain] 
    2. Enter [Certificate]
    3. Enter [Key]
    4. Enter [CA Bundle / Intermediate Certificate]
    5. Click [Add]

You can also remove the SSL certificate from the same page.
